These customized discussion guides are crafted based on insights from leading experts in their fields, such as Ginni Rometty, former CEO of IBM, and Adam Grant, organizational psychologist and best-selling author.

Each expert-led class includes approximately 6-8 microlearning video lessons, five learning objectives, and a set of three thoughtfully designed discussion guides tailored to suit the needs of different learner levels: Individual Contributors, Team Managers, and Senior Leaders. These guides help facilitators lead impactful workshops that resonate with each group’s unique challenges and responsibilities.

Creating 30+ of these discussion guides has provided me with invaluable experience in designing workshops that are effective in both in-person and virtual settings. I've honed my ability to take complex concepts from subject matter experts and break them down into clear, digestible questions that encourage learners to apply their knowledge. Additionally, this process has deepened my understanding of how learners at different levels think, their unique priorities, and how to align training to meet those needs effectively.
